Shipping & Delivery Policy for UltraWorks

Thank you for choosing UltraWorks. We aim to provide reliable, efficient delivery of our professional tools and technical services across Australia.

1. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for tools and accessories are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays).

  • Special Orders: For specialised items or bulk orders, please allow 5 to 7 business days for dispatch.

  • Backorders: For items on backorder, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping & Estimates

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and StarTrack. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan areas. Regional deliveries may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days in metropolitan areas and 3 to 5 business days in regional areas.

Local Pickup Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours at our Melbourne location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be subject to delays during peak periods or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on tool orders over $100 AUD, excluding "Bulky Items." Bulky items, such as large tool chests, ladders, or heavy cable spools, will be flagged at checkout and may require a custom freight quote.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website or through your UltraWorks account.

5. Delivery Conditions & "Authority to Leave"

  • Signature on Delivery: Due to the high value of professional electrical tools (e.g., Fluke meters, DJI hardware), most orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you opt for ATL during checkout, UltraWorks is not liable for any loss or theft of the parcel once it has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard-sized items. Bulky items must be delivered to a physical street address.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact support@ultraworks.com.au within 48 hours.

If a parcel is deemed "Lost" by the carrier after an investigation, we will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Incorrect Address & Re-delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will apply to ship the item out a second time.

8. International Shipping

At this time, UltraWorks primarily serves the Australian market. For international inquiries regarding drone services or specialised tool exports, please contact us directly for a custom logistics quote.
